Additional Charges

International shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination region. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

05 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return Window

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Our Error / Defective Items

If we sent the wrong item, or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge to you.

Sizing Issues

If the size does not fit, we will arrange an exchange (protective equipment may be adjusted rather than replaced). Please return the item at your own expense to our designated address — we will cover shipping costs for the replacement item.

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., color change, different product preference, item no longer needed), all shipping costs for both the return and re-delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Items with custom name engraving, embroidery, or made-to-order products
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items that have been used or worn
Items damaged or soiled by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
